Many products are **made to order**. Shipping time starts after production is complete. Check each product page for typical lead times.

We ship via trusted courier partners where delivery is offered. Delivery fees depend on weight, size, and destination and are confirmed at checkout or by our team.

Once your order ships, use your **order ID** on our [Track order](/track-order) page or contact us on WhatsApp for updates.

If your parcel arrives damaged, message us within **48 hours** with photos of the packaging and item. We will arrange a replacement or remedy as appropriate.

Local pickup may be available—ask on WhatsApp before placing your order.
